Continental Cakes 2 Demo Classes wit CuitCuteCakes

I joined this class few months ago wit Kak Yus CuitCuteCakes. What we learnt on that day was Carrot Cheese Cake, Opera Cake, German Black Forest, and Tiramisu.

What differs between the normal carrot cake and Kak Yus' carrot cake is the cream cheese is being mixed in the ingredients. Meanwhile, the Tiramisu is using lady's fingers instead of chocolate sponge cake.

Although before this I don't like Black Forest cake but I enjoyed eating the German Black Forest cake. And the Opera Cake is out of this world. Hopefully I will be able to bake all these cakes by myself in d future.

Bistro Cakes Demo Class wit CuitCuteCakes

I was glad I had the chance to join this demo class.. Basically it's part of my favourite cakes in SR. What we have learnt during the class was how to bake Pecan Heaven ( Pecan Butterscotch if it's in SR ), Double Indulgence ( Choc Indulgence ), Chunky Prune, & Chocolate Walnut Cake. I also joined the personal Red Velvet Cake class right after we finished the demo classes

After joining this class, I have started to bake more often. Hopefully, I will be able to bake well and satistify other people's craving in eating yummy cakes!

Red Velvet Cake

This order came from Kak Shima and Kak Aishah as they both shared the same birth date. I use the red velvet cake recipe that I learnt from CuitCuteCake class few months ago. Once again, happy belated birthday to both of them

Upin Edible Moist Choc Cake

Kak Tartilla ordered this cake for her son. Unfortunately, I mis-spelled her son's name. Instead of Amal Muhammad, I ordered the edible for Amar Muhammad. So sorry, kak. Anyway, I'm glad they enjoyed d cake ;)

Candy Buffet Nadhira

This is my first time doing a candy buffet for my friend's wedding. Actually me and Nadhira used to go to d same primary n secondary school together in Kuantan. And finally we met again in Kedah since she also has moved here with her family.

As for d candy buffet, I prepared blueberry cheese tart, cream puff, mini pavlovas, and apam polka dot. I'm glad to be able to experience all these since I finally realised that Im enjoying myself doing all these
